Individual/Family Membership

Membership of 3DAAA is open to anyone wishing to participate in the game of 3D archery. You do not have to belong to a club however if you are new to archery we strongly suggest you join your nearest club as they can provide you in invaluable advice especially in the area of purchasing your first bow. The Association operates a aniversary membership year. Irrespective of when you join you'll pay a full year's membership for the next 12 month period. A month before it expires you'll be sent a notice reminding you your membership is about to expire.

On line membership is a little way off just yet however you can download a membership form and post it.

Constitution

This is the fundamental document of the Association. It defines the reason for the Association and gives the Committee the authority to manage its activities.

Policies

These Policies have been authorised by the President under the Constitution Part 2 Rule 2.1.(s) and enable the association to better manage itself.

Each Policy has 2 dates attached to it:

Effective Date is the date that version of the Policy comes info force. This does not necessarily mean that the Association did not have a Policy before that date only that the date is the date from which the download version comes into effect.

Review Date is the date by which the Policy must be reviewed in order to keep it relevant. Policies may be reviewed prior to the Review Date if real life circumstances change which render the Policy ineffective, in error or illegal.

Policies may be added from time to time as the Association sees fit. Policies may address new issues or merely be a documentation of existing practices colated into a single document.

Forms

These forms are used by Affiliated clubs for a variety of applications and for the provision of information etc following an event.

The Certificates for the Club and Sponsored Teams have been provided in Word 2003 format. To reduce filesizes and download times, only the 1st place certificate has been provided in each template. The club will need to edit their club name and produce 2nd and 3rd place certifictes.

Insurance

The Insurance tab contains copies of the Associations Certificate of Currency. Each Affiliated club will receive its own certificate. The tab also includes a summary of the Public and Property Liability Insurance cover. In the future, it will also contain a summary of the coverage under the Personal Accident Policy when provided by the insurer.
